Even with the assumption of a moderate growth of 10% from 2024 to 2029, it seems not easy to reduce the carbon footprint:
Total 2024: 170,500 kgCO2; 2029: 128,000 kg CO2.
Quick wins are (a) the switch of electricity from the grid to sustainable electricity sources, (b) the shift in lease cars from diesel to BEV, (c) a switch to a sustainable office that needs less gas for heating.
The main issue is how to reduce CO2 emissions from commuting, and consultants trips to the client, since only a few employees will invest in BEV in the coming 5 years.
So emphasis musty be on supporting work at home and at the same time keeping up the team spirit.
